If you do not have a diagnosis and want to be a healthy volunteer, please complete this online screen. After filling out the screen, you may be contacted by the study coordinator to discuss your eligibility.
If you have memory and cognitive complaints or a diagnosis of either mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer’s disease, please contact the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center team.
